Lesson Policies ~ Plan A / Plan B / Plan C

Plan A ~ Pay Per Lesson 

​

1. Attendance

 i. Confirmation or cancellation of lessons should be discussed on class WhatsApp Group Chat for record purposes

 ii. Cancellation of lessons must be made at least 45mins prior to the scheduled lesson time

​

2. *Adverse Weather

 i. Theory lesson, swimming land drills and strengthening exercises will be conducted

 

3. Payment

 i. The student is encouraged to make the payment before class commencement online to avoid confusion of attendance

 ii. Fees will be adjusted according to the numbers of students in the group < applicable only for groups of 3 and smaller >

Plan B ~ Pay Per Month  < Lesson as usual under *Adverse Weather >

​

1. Attendance

 i. Weekly lessons are reserved & fixed. There will be no lessons on the 29th, 30th & 31st of the months that have 5 weeks

 ii. Only students who provide medicate certificate will be offered a make-up lesson to be held on a fixed date arranged by coach

 ii. There will be no waiver of fees or make-up lessons for students who are absent for non-medical reasons

 iii. Lesson as usual on Public Holidays

2. *Adverse Weather

 i. Theory lesson, swimming land drills and strengthening exercises will be conducted

3. Payment

 i. The student is required to make the payment Online, monthly on the 1st lesson of the month to avoid confusion

 ii. No refund / pro-rate of fees for Plan B

​

Plan C ~ Pay Per Term Adults Swimming Crash Courses

​

1. Attendance & Makeup Policy

 i. 5x Lessons shall be consumed in "5 consecutive weeks" from the first lesson

 ii. 45mins per session *Group of 4 

 iii. Need to inform coach via group chat if students is unable to attend lesson

 iv. 1x given Make-up lessons shall be done within the "5 weeks"

 v. Lesson as usual on Public Holidays​

 vi. Students will be given 45mins notice via WhatsApp Group Chat if lesson has to be cancelled due to bad weather

 vii. Make-up lesson will be given if the lesson is canceled by coach

​

WhatsApp Group Chat & Media Release *applied to Plan A , Plan B & Plan C

​

 i. A WhatsApp Group Chat will be created for all classes. All information and communication will be done in the group chat for record purpose

 ii. Lessons may be recorded in photos / videos to be used for keeping beautiful memories for the students or for media, promotional, academic, and training purposes. If you disagree, please advise us in writing and we will take extra care to exclude you / your child.
